Well I dont know what Jims issue might have been but maybe the Background check is another issue somehow .... For myself, We just got done with 8 months of dealing with a Felony DUI case with 4 court appearances that with Chris's careful,diligent,extensive, Review AND Proactive execution of the facts of the case he got it DISMissed today!! The only thing he did in a timely manner is cash the check. He hadn't even looked at the paperwork until our meeting. He got charges reduced like he said he would. But, the original charges still show up on a back round check. I feel one of the two charges should've been thrown out completely. He wanted more money to go to trial so we accepted a plea not knowing the original charges would still show on the above mentioned back round checks.
