Gave me the novocain shot and immediately extracted the tooth before the numbness even started.
From the 1st visit to the surgery Dr Dileo and his office personel were very professional. I felt confident with him and very satisfied with my surgery.
I'm a 52yr old woman who is terrified when it comes to dentistry.! I was greeted & put at ease the moment I walked into their beautiful office. It was amazing! Dr. DiLeo handle me with care & humored me as well. His work was impeccable & came into my recovery room to be certain I was doing well.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. DiLeo to other.!! Awesome oral surgeon! Both my kids were put at ease with Dr DiLeo and his staff, Both my kids say their friends st school went to him and were very happy with him. Dr DiLeo has an excellent relationship with the school kids and the community! When my kids are old enough to get their wisdom teeth out, I hope Dr DiLeo is still practicing!
Very friendly staff. I felt comfortable with them. Dr DiLeo was awesome as well. I would recommend them to anyone needing care
Receptionist was rude. Dr. didn't show confidence he could remove a tooth without running into problems. This made me loose my confidence in the Dr. Would not go back.
Unfortunately our experience this morning (4/13/16) was delivered with extremely poor customer service. Stacy (Stacey) was rude and unprofessional. When she was presented with an insurance question her reply was I am not an electronic so I don't know. Her character trait speaks volumes and she should not be a representative of the front desk.
