Christopher is a dishonest and untrustworthy person. We leased a building from him and only signed one lease during our tenancy. Christopher requested a second lease and we declined to sign it. After moving out of the building Christopher failed to follow either lease. He refused to meet with us to walk through the building and give us a list of repairs needed. I only have experience with Chris as a property manager, not a buyer or seller. He is a terrible manager. He had been managing my home for over a month, and I texted him one day, he replied "who is this?" Originally quoted me 5 grand for repairs from previous tenant, ended up giving me a bill for almost 15k. At no point during that time did he inform us that it would be nearly 3x what the original quote was.
