They did a great job in my wife’s curtain bangs! Can’t wait for them to do my hair.
I did not receive a precision haircut. Layers were cut straight across. No texturizing No removing the bulk and heaviness. No consideration to shape. During the blow-dry I was burned because the stylist kept the dryer in one place too long. Wash cut and blow dry was about 25 minutes. Lacking styling products

Tried to book an appointment based on the great reviews, but it was difficult to get in touch—no one picked up when I called. I also texted them and after being told I'd get a reply back after a day, I never heard back—even after following up on Monday. Maybe they’re not taking new clients, but I’ve decided to move on.
Don’t waste your time or money. Unreliable, unprofessional, and inconsiderate. I was scheduled for my first appointment with Chris only to have him cancel on me 3 times in a row all within an hour of the appointment time. Chris didn’t even bother to call for the cancelations. He had Steve do it for him. The first and last time he gave the excuse that Chris was “not feeling well”.
