I feel so lucky to have had my total knee replacement done by Dr. Stenger. You can see that he has done over 10,000 knee and hip replacements, the results were so outstanding (quick healing, beautiful sutures. His “bedside” manner was so professional, and he was so knowledgeable and skillful! He’s really one of the most experienced—-the best!
Great experience with left knee replacement. Very professional, yet compassionate. Only four stars because my next surgery was canceled because Dr Stenger is “…ill, will not return until possibly February “. I asked for the possibility of a different surgeon and was told that wasn’t an option.
Loved Dr Stenger, had a great experience with my knee replacement surgery. Prescribed all the correct meds ahead of time. Had appointment a week ahead to explain surgery procedure. Went to an informative class also. Love Kaiser n our doctors as well.
His bedside manner is arrogant and rude. He almost killed my daughter during a routine hip replacement by nicking an artery. When she told him her leg was swelling he said no big deal...turns out she had 2 blood clots!! And now the new leg is longer than the regular one so her future will probably be back pain.
