Chris is a very fair and intelligent man who seeks justice.
I renovated there basement through the month of December I was told it was a utility room and extra basement washroom. Then turned into full fledge illegal basement Renovation inwich they held me responsible for. And swindled my contract by making amendments that were not discussed prior. They are rip offs. I worked for 1 straight month in there basement and on December 18th For after all Calculations $140 per day.
