This is the fifth year that I am coming to Sears Optical for an annual eye exam. This time the exam was very quick, I feel like it was actually rushed. I was asked to pay $20 co-pay, and I did. But I am so disappointed that when I called before my appointment and asked if my new insurance would cover the annual exam, the lady said yes. So I am not happy about that.
I had the wonderful experience of being a patient of Dr. Shewan today. He was congenial, thorough, and highly informative. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to examine my eyes. Bravo, Doctor!
Dr. Shewan is great. Very knowledgable and friendly Doctor and staff. Have been going to this location for the past couple of years and would highly recommend. Easy to schedule and get your glasses in about a week to 10 days.
