A couple years ago during, a "routine", "outpatient" procedure on a family member to place a subrapubic catheter he punctured her lower intestine. She spent a week in the hospital after that routine surgery with catheter problems and no one realized what the issue was. I brought it up many times that something was wrong with her, her stomach was huge! He kept insisting it was because he had done two surgeries on her that week, one to repair a separate issue. Everyone, from appointment booking to nurses to Dr. Manatt himself, was kind, caring & efficient. My 93-yr- old mother was well cared for there in our visits. We are so thankful her condition is much improved.
