During an office visit, I raised a health concern about an ankle sore that did not heal over a five-month period and looked very peculiar—unlike any wound I’ve ever had. Dr. Sargent told me there was nothing to worry about and was quite dismissive about my concern. He clearly thought I was overreacting.
