I have taken relatively good care of my teeth my 50 years of life, especially after having a painful experience with braces as a teenager. I was referred to Dr. Sabourin by my dentist for a root canal. Always a subconscious fear of mine, the thought of a root canal really caused me anxiety. Dr. Sabourin is TOP NOTCH at what he does. I do have a fear of Dentists/Endodontist and the pain associated with them. Had a root canal redone from a previous Dentist and Dr. Sabourin was amazing. Calm professional that explained everything. He was friendly, and made the experience pain free. Yes, there are some newer assistant staff but they were SO kind and accommodating. Seriously can not even begin to explain how amazing this entire office was! From the moment you walk in, to walking out! If every dentist office was this amazing I’d probably go religiously. Walked in with so much anxiety I mean who likes the dentist?! But wow I’d do it again. Seriously if you need a root canal this is where you wanna go.
This is the absolute worst establishment I have ever been to. None of the employees know anything about the dental field, or how to run insurance, or even how to call in a prescription. Any lawyers reading this, I know I’m not the only one they have treated poorly or has had this experience. There needs to be a class action lawsuit to take them out of business and have every individual’s medical licenses revoked.
