Dr. Proctor did an excellent job on my shoulder. It was in bad shape before, and I was in constant pain. I have a way to go in regaining my strength back but at least I am closer to getting better than I was three years ago. I am so grateful for his expertise and his help.

I visited Dr. Proctor for a workman's compensation injury to my knee. The pre-check in prior to my appointment was uber convenient and was one of the ways they expressed that they valued my time. Always greeted by a friendly staff, never a long wait in the office, the flow of patients is managed so very well. His office is completely inept. After months and months of going back and forth, they refused to admit me unless I called my previous provider and had records transferred. However providers wont transfer to an office that is not your Dr. so everything gets sent to you personally. This is expensive and a nightmare to deal with.

I have been trying to manage my severely arthritic knee for well over a decade, and have sought treatment from a number of orthopedic knee specialists before finding Dr. Proctor and his support team. Dr Proctor has been truly exceptional in his ability assess my symptoms and come up with a very effective treatment plan. Dr. Proctor's Physician's Assistant, Michelle Meredith PA-C, has also been consistently excellent.

I had a bad fall which damaged my neck, upper back and shoulder with shoulder being the worst. I saw several doctors in the practice and was referred to Dr. Proctor who said,"Would you like to avoid surgery?" Yessir, I would! He sent me to the best physical therapist in a 25 mile radius and I'm doing fine - small ways to go but not much. Kudos to Dr. Proctor! He could have operated but didn't.

I would highly recommend Dr. Proctor for any surgical procedures for shoulders. He performed rotator cuff surgery on my left shoulder/bicep repair. It's been five months since surgery and I have almost full range of motion and now starting strength building. He listened to my concerns and has provided recommendations for a solid recovery. Excellent bedside manner and always has his door open for any questions or concerns.

Dr. Proctor has successfully fixed my knee, shoulder and elbow. Thanks to his surgical skills and Orthopaedic expertise I've been able to continue an active life style. I highly recommend Dr. Proctor and his staff at Alta.

I highly recommend Dr Proctor and his MA staff. Both he and staff explained the workings of my shoulders, surgical options/procedures and outcomes. Surgery and recovery were well explained. Post op calls and follow-up care/appointments were cordial and professional, while at the same time personal, answering my questions. His Medical Assistant staff are impressive, very knowledgeable, warm, friendly and not in a hurry. I felt I was very competently taken care of from first to last.
