I recently had my 12 week post op appointment w/Dr. Klifto, my reverse shoulder arthoplasty surgeon. He gave me a big hug, in his friendly manner when he came into my appointment room! I saw Dr. Klifto for the 3rd time on Monday May 2, 2022. As a retired registered nurse with decades of experience interacting with patients and physicians, I must say that I was completely impressed. Dr. Klifto is very knowledgeable, showed care and compassion, reviewed my xrays with thorough explanation, and did not seem to be in a hurry in any way. Dr. Klifto and his staff are amazing! From consult to surgery to post op care I was informed and well taken care of completely. I never felt uneasy or anxious about the surgery. As early as day 1 after surgery my shoulder already felt better than it did before surgery. This procedure and Dr. Klifto's skill in performing it has been a Godsend. Thank Dr. Klifto and team for changing my life with this total reverse shoulder replacement. If you need this procedure you can't go wrong with Dr. Klifto.
