Dr. Christopher Kifto is amazing. He is extremely compassionate and empathetic to whatever you are going through. He has fixed my left wrist carpel tunnel, my broken left humerus and stabilized my right shoulder that kept subluxing. He understands that patients with generic disorders, like my Elhers Danlos are not one and the same. When I broke my left humerus, I was taken my ambulance to Cary Wake Med. I recently had my 12 week post op appointment w/Dr. Klifto, my reverse shoulder arthoplasty surgeon. He gave me a big hug, in his friendly manner when he came into my appointment room! As I told him about my amazing progress with my shoulder mobility upwards, to my side and behind my back, he shared in my joy! I saw Dr. Klifto for the 3rd time on Monday May 2, 2022. As a retired registered nurse with decades of experience interacting with patients and physicians, I must say that I was completely impressed. Dr. Klifto is very knowledgeable, showed care and compassion, reviewed my xrays with thorough explanation, and did not seem to be in a hurry in any way.
