He is professionals, is always open to clients following him around and asking questions, he explains things to all of us in terms we can understand, and he is extremely timely and thorough in providing reports. It’s tough to find quality, and he provides it time after time. Plus, we love that he is a Navy Veteran!
Our inspector was so nice he could’ve charged us just for going out when the builder said they were ready but weren’t. Instead he told us exactly what to tell them and came back out when they were “ready” again. They didn’t have the water on, so he told us to call and tell them he was going to come back out when they had the water on and they were going to have to pay for a full water inspection.
