They never return calls even though their telephone answering service says that they will return calls..
In all my years of seeing healthcare professionals, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. As others have mentioned, Dr. Ragala is not professional. The whole appointment I felt like he was rushing and annoyed by my questions. I am a new patient and he spent all of 5 minutes establishing me. Went to the office and found out it had been closed over a year ago. Sign on directory still says they’re in the building but not true. Turns out they moved but didn’t care to notify anyone.
Staff are rude most especially the lady over the phone! Don’t even bother to call them because nobody seems to care on answering your call but when you do finally get through is the worst because they will show you no professionalism and are very VERY UNAPPROACHABLE!
Was referred to my PCP to see Dr. Regala due to minor hearing loss @ Pali Momi. First off, the receptionist was pretty rude & dumb. The procedure was pretty fast (5 minutes at the most), he prescribed me ear drops & was out of there. Fast forward 2 months later when I get my bill. This Doctor charges a consultation fee! (2 seconds of examining each ear) which, cost me an additional charge. Don't bother calling the office for an explanation- you won't get through! This guy & his staff SUCK
I’m surprised by some of the negative reviews. I’ve been seeing Dr. Regala for about 7 - 8 years and it’s always been such a good experience. He’s professional, he listens, and most importantly his treatment for my chronic ear issues has been outstanding. I love that gives me little tricks to prevent pain and he also encourages questions. I recommend without hesitation.
It was hard to get him to answer questions or explain anything.
My child seen the above doctor two years ago. Requested documents to be sent to my child primary care and no one is calling me back or have yet to send over the my child records. 2 years ago! The worse. They said they do one thing but do not do it or follow up.
Dr. Regalia took the time to sit and listen to my issue with my throat. He was kind patient and caring. After many years of coaching, being a teacher, and singing he found a nodule on my larynx. I liked his conservative prognosis and treatment. Hopefully this will heal quickly.
