Dr. Raffo was tremendous with my 9 year old daughter who is typically shy when in a doctor’s office. He engaged with her, he got her laughing, and most importantly he got her talking about what was bothering her. He also spent time speaking with me directly in more clinical terms. He even let my daughter see her x-ray and walked her through the parts of the knee she was seeing! We have two young, athletic kiddos and I’m very grateful we’ve found a doctor like Dr. Raffo.
Dr. Raffo was thorough and took the necessary time to answer all my questions. His office staff was welcoming, organized and I was seen quickly.
