Dr. Raffo was very knowledgeable and kind to my mother. Will choose again if the need should arise. The only problem was, when entering the room, his assistant, practitioner or, whomever she was DID NOT introduce herself nor was she introduced. We have absolutely no clue who she was. She just stood there the entire time and didn't say a word! This was Extremely annoying when discussing health concerns.
Everyone was very professional and very nice, especially in including Dr. Raffo! As he knows, I have to get a nuclear stress test I think before we can proceed, but I will be talking with Dr. Hemann next Tuesday and hopefully not have to do that because that one is only done downtown. Regular stress test can be done up here so I will let you know other than that everyone was very good!
Professional. Knowledgeable. Cooperate. Caring. Takes time to know you and the issues and values the time spent together providing the proper care/rehabilitation.
