The practice canceled appointment :( I’ve been going to this dentist office for years. I’ve spent a small fortune in dentistry and orthodontics here. To be told via text by a rude woman named, Angela, that a cleaning appointment that I made MONTHS ago would be canceled due to an erroneously perceived unpaid bill is absolutely ridiculous. What kind of customer service is this? Do better. You’ve lost a loyal patient who, in the past, had recommended you to dozens of people.
i was given teeth by the va like 5 years ago and they never really fit,so i filed a claim to get new ones....i get a call and the va says go to va family dentistry,so i go there and meet the the dentist and his assistant and office staff.....this is the most friendly business ive been in ,in years,they refitted my teeth and for once they fit and look amazing,u need new teeth etc..this will be the only place you need to call or visit..the dept of veteran affairs reccommends this place and im thankful for such an awesome busin... read more
