Dr. Jones has been nothing short of a blessing ever since I met him. After dislocating my shoulder at a tournament, he took the time to speak with me and my family about the best options looking forward and was with us every step of the way. His professionalism has been outstanding and I will miss knowing that my Kaiser doctors have my back no matter what injuries I sustain.
The sincere best customer service I've ever had. Dr Jones treated me well, he answered every call, text, email, question. He made sure I was comfortable. On day of surgery I was relieved of being nervous, and afraid. His entire team was awesome. The way it should be done. Dr. Jones was extremely helpful during my ACL surgery. This was my first major surgery so I had a few concerns when making my decision to have surgery on my ACL. He made the process effortless and reassuring so I definitely recommend having Dr. Jones as your surgeon. One thing I appreciate most about working with Dr. Jones is that he takes the time to communicate with you and it doesn’t seem like your just another patient.
