The wait was not long at all , the pre check-in on app helps with that. The My Chart App is fantastic! The Staff gets back to you rather quickly. Appreciated Dr. Petrikas's speed and thoroughness with my appointment. I like the direct eye contact as he types 70 wpm into his computer without breaking conversation. Dr Petrikas and his staff at Trinity Clinic are the best. I was new in town and had no idea about finding a new doctor who would compete with my doctor from Austin. No problem, I was led to the most caring, knowledgeable and friendly people. Thank you Dr. Petrikas
If I could put 0I would. This man refused to refill my medications or adjust my cholesterol medication.Even though my blood results showed my cholesterol close to 300. Nurse practitioners and physicians here do not like you to advocate for patients who have neurological issues.If you advocate for a patient who needs help, they will fire.You as their physician. Never go to the thomas span clinic or see christopher or nurse patta, they will.Ignore you and cause great harm to you!!!
Dr. Petrikas was excellent in all areas of care. He listened and explained everything so I understood what the treatment and medicines would be used and why.
