I have been seeing Dr. Hayes since shortly after he started working at Bon Secours. He has improved greatly over the years. He is patient now (not so much when he first started) and is quick to answer messages via MyChart. My only complaint is that it is virtually impossible to see him when you are sick. His staff either say to go to a drop-in facility or want to schedule you with a different doctor because his schedule is always full.
Dr. Hayes is a very thorough, compassionate and competent doctor. He is very attentive, gives you his undivided attention, and never rushes through his appointments. Additionally, he treats the whole patient. He collects information from all the doctors treating you and ensures he understands and pays attention to all the aspects of your health. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Hayes - - he provides exceptional care!!!
Dr. Hayes has always been thorough and attentive to all my medical needs. He takes the time to listen, encourage and educate me on my health. I respect his professionalism and knowledge.
