BEWARE!!! Dr. Brown told me I had 2 cavities that needed filled. I went for a second opinion to another dentist who told me I had ZERO cavities!! I had been with this office since Dr. Cohen and Dr. Shanker was in practice. Things have went downhill after those 2 dentists left. They have an extremely high turnover rate with both hygienists and dentists. They are just trying to meet a quota every month by doing unnecessary procedures. You'll receive great service and care from Dr. Brown and the staff. The office has done an excellent job with COVID precautions to keep everyone safe. Additionally, the staff is extremely efficient; they'll get you in and out, no extra waiting. They are gentle and get the job done.
I was happy that Premier got me an appointment in right away. I was having a few pains, so I went to Premier to get the quickest appointment.The staff was nice and friendly as well. I was also glad that Premier was able to help me with my insurance, and out of pocket fees! Thanks Premier!
Both my visits were INCREDIBLE!!! The staff is super friendly. I had a great experience.
