Dr. Odom and his support staff are all great. That being said, you do NOT schedule patients for a 12:30pm appointment and then take a full hour until they are called back. While was scheduled for 1:00pm, it was still almost 45 minutes after that time that I was called back. There HAS to be a better way to handle scheduling and patient handling.
Very personable, listened to concerns, gave viable, alternate solutions. Very satisfied.
Christopher Odom is an excellent Orthopedic doctor. He takes the time to assess your issues and communicate with you.
I had a total knee replacement done by Dr. Christopher Odom 5 months ago. I happy with how well I have recovered to this point. Dr. Odom and his staff have been very responsive to my concerns and questions and I feel like this is a team of healthcare providers that are on my side.
