My physically disabled child (17) saw “doctor” Noonan for a consult regarding their wisdom teeth needing removed. Said child can and did speak for themselves the entire time while I was on the phone with another medical professional (par for the course with disability needs). Not once did he express concern on if he’d be able to do the procedure or show any issue with my being on hold most of the time. While they were able to get me (back) in for an emergency visit after they did some major surgery then due to chronic infections in the same area. Doctor Noonan is a childish, unprofessional, poor attempt at a surgeon. I am shocked that this guy is not under disciplinary action! My re-visit was just last week (right in the middle of the COVID 19 pandemic). During my time there he was telling stories, making fun of patients and even JOKING about someone (killing themselves).
