Chris recently sold our house and did a really nice job. At the last minute, we found issues that required services of a plumber, contractor, and electrician. He was right on top of it and helped us to get who we needed to finish the jobs quickly and timely. This allowed us to close on the same appointed date and alleviated a lot of stress on our part. He was always extremely responsive to our inquiries and is very knowledgeable in the real estate business. I would certainly recommend his services.
We had a great sale experience with Chris Migneault of Migneault Realtors. He is very focused on achieving the closing. We had a lot of major unforseen repair and other problems cropping up during the pre-purchase period.
