I would not give any stars if I had the capability. Dr Messana is a great physician, definitely knows what he is doing. But his office staff, billing is HORRIBLE! They should not be charging 2 times for an office visit that is a surgical procedure! One office visit for the same procedure is all they should be getting away with! Do Not let them charge you twice!! Or in my case 4 times!
Great surgeon! Removed a bump on my daughter's neck and was great with her. The scar looks small and seems like it will heal very well.
arrogant, condescending and rude
Don't go to this doctor. Incredibly rude. Bullies his patients. Cannot accept or admit responsibility for his mistakes.
I needed to see a dermatologist for a small growth that wasn’t going away. I am also a lymphoma cancer survivor and pretty much anything out of the normal for my body puts me on the edge of panic. I met with Dr. Chris and he immediately put me at ease and calmed my fears. Finding a doctor who we can truly trust to be honest, yet calm and reassuring is something special, and somewhat rare. Dr. Chris didn’t rush me, and made me feel like I was the only patient there. Truly a professional.
Dr Messana is a skilled professional with an excellent bedside manner that you don't find in many doctors. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a Dermatologist
Drs. Christopher and Kate Messana are professional, personable and caring. Dr. Kate did my evaluation and biopsy and Dr, Chris did the Mohs surgery. From the time you enter the office the receptionist, nursing staff and Drs. Chris and Kate make you feel that you are going to receive the best possible care.. This is a full service dermatology office. All work is available and done in one office. Very impressed! A+
