Dr. McClure has a great 'bedside manner.' He spoke to my son (the patient) and myself like we were people and not appointments. It was a first visit and the staff is wonderful! My son, who has down syndrome, has been with Vanderbilt pediatric since birth and his cardiologist there continued to see him into adulthood. He retired recently and we needed to transfer doctors. I could see and feel that he completely knew my medical history and genuinely cared that I knew my options and encouraged me greatly to continue a healthy life.
I am extremely happy with Dr.McClure and his entire staff. I have never felt they were trying to rush me out. They told me exactly what was going on in terms I can understand. They are wonderful people.
I have been a patient of Dr McClure for nearly 10 years. During that time, I had valve repair, ablation, cardoversion and a second ablation, all by the capable physicians associated with Saint Thomas West. Dr McClure is a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend him and Saint Thomas West for any heart related problems
Dr. McClure is always very thorough and takes the time to review everything with care. He has helped me immensely, and is always a pleasure to talk with.
Dr. McClure lll made me feel at ease, answered all my questions. He was confident and explained the procedure and I felt comfortable having him for my Doctor. That was for a cardiac cath last June 2023. Today was an office visit and my health is doing well: EKG, heart rate and sounds were good. He answered my Questions and I answered his. Good visit!
He was very professional and very helpful. He gave me several ideas to help me.
Dr. McClure is a very knowledgeable doctor. He was my grandmother's docter, is my father's and now my doctor. He doesn't rush your visits, explains everything so you can understand it and takes as much time as needed to listen to and answer all your questions and concerns. He cares deeply for each of his patients. You won't find a better cardiologist than Dr. McClure. I am not looking forward to the day he may retire. Hopefully that will not be anytime soon.
Dr. McClure is amazing! He explains everything to make sure I understand what is going on. He takes his time with his patients, as well. The staff is kind and very helpful.
