If I could give this location 0 star I would. I called this location possibly 20 times and no one is picking up or the calls are dropping. I'm a first time patient in need of treatment. A lady spoke to me twice but never returned my call or she would disconnect the call purposely.
I brought my mom to see APRN Smyrne Balan-Louis, and she was absolutely wonderful. She is very kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. She never made my mom feel rushed and took the time to listen carefully and explain everything in a calm and compassionate way. My mom waited over 2 hours to be seen be a NURSE PRACTITIONER, not even a doctor. We asked when we first arrived how many people were ahead of us and was told 3 or 4 people even though we ended up seeing 9 being admitted ahead of us. She says it’s like this every time she goes. It’s obvious that this practice overbooks its appointments to maximize profits. They know my name. They take pride in doing their job. Each IV that you’re getting, they explain what it is and how long the treatment will be. Nice, friendly and courteous staff.
