The wait time was totally unacceptable! I waited an hour for the PA to come into the room. Overbooking should not be allowed. On a more positive note, the new PA, Diedra Brown was excellent. She is knowledgeable and thorough.
It was wonderful
Very disappointed in yesterdays visit. I did not get my scheduled procreit injection causing a major inconvenience.
