Doctor Manfredi is a knowledgeable pulmonary specialist who communicates clearly and intelligently. He was very patient with me while I voiced concerns and asked questions. I feel badly I shared some negative reviews with him about a previous doctor that I had seen previously at a different practice as I know finding solutions to some ailments can be difficult and hard to pin point. Absolutely horrific customer service. Canceled appointments without notice. The hold message says you should never have to put your health on hold, but it's like they go to great lengths to do just that.
Horrible doctor. I called to make an appointment and was turned away as sick as I am I fear I may not wake up in the morning, the doctors staff informed me that "they dont like people to change their doctors" WHAT??????????? first of all I dont have a doctor, i went to a lame clinic one time and now i am so sick that i fear for my life and you TURN ME AWAY????... a PULMINOLOGIST coulod care less about a patient or a person.
