I had back surgery performed about 3 years ago by Dr. MacKay; I had severe spinal stenosis of the lumbar spine, and he did an outstanding job of correcting the problem with a minimally invasive procedure (actually, he performed 4 procedures during the operation)! I left the hospital two days later, pain free, on scheduled medication, which I was able to discontinue within a month, retaining my pain-free status.
