I went to Dr. Rossow’s office today for a routine cleaning. I have moderate to severe dental anxiety due to hypersensitive teeth from gum recession caused by clenching. I had a bad experience during a cleaning due to the dental tool causing sharp pains when the exposed root was scraped. Chris Rossow is a complete mess... He's beyond rude!! He's nothing but money hungry...I couldn't afford x rays so I went to a different facility to get them for free and brought them back to his office and Boom..An attitude change.. treated me so horrible...I wouldn't even trust Chris w dealing w my dogs teeth!!
The best. I arrived as a emergency patient today. Excruciating pain from a absessed tooth. I have no pain tonight. He has been my dentist for years and I would recommend him to everyone. He receives 5 stars every time I see him. The staff that work with him are fun and professional. Kudos ??????????
Dr Rossow is great, I have been going to him for at least 10 yrs now. Staff is fun and easy to joke around with. New location is nice and on the River (ask for a window seat)
This guy is a complete jerk. He pulled my tooth I ended up with a dry socket I went back in he never explained anything treated me like garbage was sarcastic and insensitive. I would never recommend him to anyone.
Office staff is wonderful! The Dr. is very gentle and takes the time to explain your plan of care.
Unfortunately I was unable to continue at this practice. I found that Dr Rossow would not put myself as the patient over his professional relationship with another dentist. ALthough he told me my crowns from previous dentist were not constructed of the right material, he went back on his word of saying he would contact the dentist. He would not speak to me regarding this, and failed me as a patient. Ethically I believe this is wrong. Front desk person would not help me, and was condencendin
Dr. Rossow has been outstanding. My wife has never liked dentists, but Dr. Rossow has worked diligently to decrease her anxieties. She no longer has any aversions to getting dental work done by his office.
