I recently had a colonoscopy and endoscopy done and the experience was excellent. Dr. Rombaoa was amazing, professional, kind and reassuring which made the whole process much better. I’m honestly not sure where these high reviews are coming from. I’m not sure they actually have front of office staff. They do not pick up the phone and messages via the app go unanswered. It’s been 2 weeks since my doctor referred me to this doctor and if the experience is reflective of the last 2 weeks, I would not feel confident going here. 5 weeks later, still waiting for the office to contact me to schedule an appt after they said someone would be reaching out weeks ago. Glad to see when his front office does actually give patients an appointment Dr. Ramboa does a great job. I've called 4 times the past two months. My general MD referred me and the front office staff said they are working through referrals...it's been 5 weeks since referral and my reach out. My insurance is corporate PPO as well, so it's easily accepted. If I receive an appointment of any sort I'll happily update my review.
