Office staff was busy but friendly and knowledgeable, and I had only a short wait after arriving 15 minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment (which they ask you to do). I was in ahead of schedule and Dr Meckle gave me a great preop lowdown on what to expect, answered all my questions.
