My pre-op visit was so reassuring. Everyone I interacted with was patient, cheerful, and helpful. Everything was well-explained, and the materials provided for me to take home were remarkably thorough.
I had to wait about an hour, but not a problem- staff and Dr Fleury never make me feel like they are rushing, even though they are very busy
Pre-op meeting with nurse went well. Dr. Fleury came in at the end to answer questions and to provide reassurance about surgery.
