As a long time client that needed an emergency appointment (after being seen at an Urgent Care), I was grateful to see Dr Baloga. My first time seeing Dr Baloga was a terrible and unprofessional experience. I left my visit shaking and feeling minimized and belittled. I was less informed then when I arrived. None of my concerns were heard or addressed. The next day I made an appointment with Dr Matz. Within 24 hours my eye greatly improved and I know I'm on the road to recovery.
