Dr Lueking was on time, and his team at the hospital was top notch in their care and service of my surgery. The scar left but he previous surgeon was much worse than this one. Great manner, very professional and the ease of suture removal was quick, absolutely painless. He has also performed a hernia surgery in the past and I was very please with him and would always recommend him to my clients, and friends.
Associates were very helpful with paper work and scheduling procedures. Appointment was on time.
This doctor is not especially talkative, but I’m looking for a good surgeon, not a new best friend. He explained everything, including using diagrams, and asked if I had any questions. He answered my questions. I felt heard. The appointment was very prompt and I waited less than 5 minutes. Sarah was very friendly and helpful as she scheduled my surgery. Nothing swanky about this office, but I felt confident I was in good hands as I walked out the door. I guess I might have more feedback after the procedure in 2 months.
He came in the room pretty darn quick, got to the point and was out the door in about 7minutes. He did ask me if I had any questions. I asked my questions and now I am scheduled for a colonoscopy. Sarah was a real sweetheart, very carrying, helpful, professional.
Dr Lueking was called in on a Saturday evening to remove my appendix. He was at the hospital within minutes. He explained everything to my husband and I very thoroughly. He did an excellent job on my surgery. I would highly recommend him.
Dr. Lueking is a fully knowledgeable, highly skilled surgeon. His concern for his patients’ well-being is apparent from initial consult to post-surg checks. He ensures the patient and family is fully informed so that the most appropriate procedure is selected and well-managed through recovery. He is personable and more than willing to answer questions. At one year post surgery, all is well.
Dr. Lueking is knowledgeable & all in all good at what he does, BUT is honestly socially awkward & doesn't have the best bedside manner. He took care of my hubby 2x. The 1st time was a routine colonoscopy & I wasn't impressed w/ him & I ended up telling him off in post-conference which he then apologized to me & my husband. I swore we wouldn't go back BUT hubby had bout of diverticulitis & he was only 1 available to do the scope. Given amt of pain I let him do the scope. He did better 2nd time.
Had he not been seated on small stool I swear he'd have fidgeted from one foot to the other. Failed to look me in the eye. Never cracked a smile. Looked like he wanted to be anywhere else in the world. It was obvious he had no desire to deal with my situation.
