I booked my December 22, 2026 appointment 249 days ago. The staff is out of the office near Christmas (totally OK – good for them!) I was asked to reschedule to one of 3 available times on 12/28/26. I agreed to a time and was told, “Unfortunately there are no longer any openings on December 28th… We are giving you ample time regarding the office closing. There are no openings. Our schedule fills up very quickly, and prompt attention to our messages would get you a reserved spot prior to another patient. If we don't hear back... read more
The service has always been great, but their recent changes to their financial policy seem rather shady. My service today, if I paid full fee, was $217. If I would have canceled my appt without meeting the cancelation requirements I would have been charged $250. That just feels sketchy to me. It's a shame too, I really enjoyed going there. The service is great but the change in their business practice is off-putting.
