The first time entering the building, I was nervous beyond belief. However, as soon as I saw the secretary with a big smile on her face and a happy go lucky attitude, I knew everything would be just fine. The waiting room is furnished with several chairs, a chair, magazines, and even activities for children. But I must stress, it is not at all stuffy or overwhelming.
