The doctor and staff were great.
I’ve tried calling this office more than 15 times and every time either the phone is picked up and hung up in a matter of seconds, or the staff picks up the phone and puts me on an eternal hold. I waited on hold for 1 hour and 30 minutes and no one picked up. After calling for the 25th time, I finally got an answer. I shouldn’t have to call that many times to a Dr’s office.
