He did a great colonoscopy test on me but I had pre cancer polyps in 2004, after his test in 2014, he told me to come back in 10 years. It is 5 years later. I had to visit the emergency room with horrible cramping & gastrin ologist is very concerned if I have pre-cancer cause my mom even died this way. He also wants the report where I had the pre cancer so he can see how big it was & where it was. These doctors need to get our past records on our test before they tell us to wait 10 years plus a third of colon cancer isn't se... read more
Dr Kulisek saved my husbands life. He was rushed to Turkey Creek with a GI bleed. Dr Kulisek was waiting when we arrived. We had never met him before this event and we have continued to drive an hour and half to have appointments with him because we trust him to take care of my husband. The office staff is nice and professional.
I have been to 3 GI's in town, and have been continuing to see Dr. Kulisek because he is competent, professional, and friendly. The office is, well, a tennova clinic, and busy, but he still manages to be thorough and composed.
Highly recommended. It's about quality and not quantity and yes I waited longer than usual, but I was not rushed during my appointment and felt like a person and not a number. Dr. Kulisek is very thorough, understanding, listens and explains in common terms.
I am truly disappointed. This doctor was clueless why i was there - he had not even taken the time to obtain let alone review my past record. it was the office that had called and set the set this appt. When the doctor asks why I was there - I was completely taken back- In other words- he had not even taken the time to prepare for my visit . He spent about 5 mins. in the room with me after I had waited 1 hour and 15mins. I still have not heard from the office since Mar with my colonoscopy app
Would not recomend. My mother has been a patient for many years., complanting of stomach pain and constipation, only to be told try this pill come back next month only to be given another pill. On January 24 my mother was very sick and Dr. K. would not even examine my mother. I'm assuming he was. afraid she has the flu or a virus thst he could catch. I begged for him to do a ct scan. His remare was come back in 2 days. The next day she was admited to the hospital & has spent 21 days.
Dr. Kulisek is an absolute horrible doctor! Everytime the nurses call him for something or try to get into contact with him he can nevermind respond! I can’t sit and the infusion place all day just to wait on his phone call back to see if I can get My medication or not! I think he needs to find a new profession because he clearly does not care about his patients! I don’t recommend him to anybody!
Awesome Dr! will work with you till he finds the answers.
We found our first visit with Dr. Kulisek quite enjoyable. He's charming, knowledgeable, with a professional demeanor. He asked all the appropriate questions and also gave us all the information we required and answered our concerns and question. He went to the additional bother of giving us a new colon prep that was to be easier to take than what is normally given. So far, so good!
