I've had multiple procedures with Dr. Krager. I personally can not say enough good things about Dr. Krager and his entire staff. From start to finish, every step of the way. I was at one point a patient (victim more accurately) of A$pen dental, and as a result, I have required many procedures to repair all of it... Called the office to discuss how they charge insurance because it was abnormal. Very rude office staff tried to play it off like it was a legal requirement that they file with primary and bill us before ever filing with secondary insurance. After much back and forth they admitted it was a company policy and not in fact a legal requirement. DO NOT ACCEPT THIS. Dr. Kragor and his team in the back for surgery was fantastic. However, I have discovered that I have over paid and they owe me a refund. Yet the billing department keeps sending me a bill for $700.00 Which in fact they owe me a refund of $570.00. The problem is... NO ONE will answer the phone or return my calls. NO ONE in the billing department ever answer's the phone or ever return's a call to discuss this issue. AND NO ONE at the appointment desk ever answer's the phone. If I could rate Dr Kragor and his team a 10 I would. Superb care and professionalism. In this day and age, to get a doctor to personally call you to see how you doing after a procedure is rare. Thank you Dr Kragor and team, your passion for your patients shines through.
