Dr. Kooning and his staff are THE best! They take great care of me and have helped me improve the health of my teeth. He is very kind and keeps the discomfort to the very minimum.
The staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Kooning is gentle and thorough but doesn’t push for more work than you need.

Front desk staff is incompetent. I moved to another dentist and getting my records out is a nightmare. She has called my new dentist claiming she sent me a records release, but she has not. One time, I showed up for an appointment, scheduled months in advance, and the office was not even open due to her not using the scheduling system properly.
