We met Chris at an open house in our neighborhood and so glad we did! We needed someone to help us navigate an off-market purchase and he stepped in and took care of literally EVERYTHING. I don't have nearly enough fingers or toes to count the number of reasons you should go with Chris. For starters-- he's an extremely personable, relatable, and frankly genuine guy to work with (believe it or not I'm not paid to write this lmao). I could not recommend Chris more! This was my first time buying a house and Chris did an excellent job with explaining the process to me and answering all of my questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Chris also did great with negotiating after an issue was found during the inspection. I always expected that buying my first house would be very stressful, but the process went very smoothly thanks to Chris!
