Follow-up visit after having both shoulders replaced. Excellent range of motion. Great job Dr. Jones. Dr. Jones and his staff are all excellent at what they do!
Dr. Jones was timely, courteous, and thorough in explanation of my diagnosis. Great staff and easy to schedule appointments. Would recommend to anyone.
Dr Jones listened patiently to me explain my knee problem. He also was very thorough explaining his recommendation for treatment.
Dr Jones always explains things very well and wants to help you get better. He was also willing to see/treat my son who has been struggling with a major shoulder injury when other doctors would not. I am very greatful for that.
Excellent surgeon. Highly recommend Dr. Jones and CSOG. I had a bicep reattachment and severe rotator cuff tear that was successfully repaired by Dr. Jones. It is questionable if any other surgeon would have been able to repair my shoulder and bicep given the nature of my injury. I am more than satisfied with the results. Staff is kind and professional. Overall experience was exceptional.
Our experience has been phenomenal with Dr. Jones. He is very attentive and listens intently to his patient’s concerns. He goes out if his way to make sure that you are taken of. I am very pleased and would highly recommend Dr. Jones.
It was very good. He did surgery on my right shoulder years ago & did a great job so now I went to see him for my left shoulder. I have total confidence in him.
Wait time in the waiting room and exam room is not to bad. I’ve waited longer in other dr’s offices. I had my right shoulder replaced with great results and needed my left one done. I was in no hurry but Dr. Jones encouraged me to do it soon because of my age. Older you are longer the recovery. I agreed and when they did the cat scan they caught my lung cancer. Very good with my shoulder rotator cuff tear repair. My shoulder is MUCH better at 60+ years. To be honest, it is 1/3 surgeon, 1/3 physical therapy and 1/3 yourself. But it starts with the surgeon! Without that good foundation there can be no relief. However, you need to be willing to put in much effort yourself. It took me 4 months of PT or basically doing exercises and range of motion every day to get to a comfortable, basic everyday level of shoulder function post surgery such that I was released by PT and Dr Jones.
