patient Didn't look at the injured knee, MRI or records before recommending what I had already completed, then said "oh". Did not review my MRI with me. Asked if I had any x rays - duh! if he would have looked at what the assistant had cued up on the screen he would have seen several x rays. He is very rude. He was awful to deal with, requested and received my co-pay back.
Very rude and arrogant Dr Veneziano was very rude and did not listen to me at all. He had suggested a shot before ever even asking me anything about my shoulder. When I said no and tried to explain what had happened he said I was wrong and would not listen any further. I know what happened to me. How he could stand there and declare it untrue was just flat arrogant! Maybe he should have been a Veterinarian if he didn't want to hear what his patients had to say.
