He listened to my questions and didn’t try to rush my appointment. He also explained everything to me so I could understand the process. Very nice and personable!!
Dr. Hart is very personable and easy to talk with. He is very through and takes time to explain procedures and plan of care. I never felt rushed.
Dr. Hart made my first visit so easy using telemedicine. I was able to discuss my symptoms and treatment options with him without having to expose myself to a busy office environment. I appreciate having that option now and hope that we continue telemedicine far past Covid.
Dr. Hart is, based on my recent bariatric surgery, an exceptional surgeon and his practice covers all aspects of the bariatric surgery experience. Before scheduling the surgery, he made sure I went through a thorough physical and psychological evaluation as they related to my sleeve gastrectomy. They spent time and effort to make sure I understood exactly what the surgery would do and how my life would change after surgery. The staff and nurses were pleasant and professional. The entire experience was timely. I was kept informed to what was taking place all times. One thing is I did not get to see the dr prior to my procedure. That would have been nice.
This was the first time I ever needed surgery so needless to say, I was nervous. Dr. Hart's entire team, including office staff, Covid test staff, pre-op, recovery, and his surgical staff were nothing less than professional, comforting, and genuinely nice. Dr. Hart himself explained the entire procedure and answered all of my questions and made me feel very reassured. I highly recommend using Dr. Hart and I'm very confident that you will not be disappointed.
