Dr. Bunzon is the BEST. I had so much back pain I did not think I would ever feel better. I can now ski again!
I think the Dr is wonderful. He seems caring and knowledgeable .However I have had 3 appointments and always had to wait for an hour. I think the staff is not great. Had an appointment 2 weeks ago and the Dr said the office gal would contact me for an another shop. I haven't heard from anyone. Dealing with office staff doesn't seem great.
Dr. Bonzon is 5 Stars and has always been the best of the best in terms of his knowledge, communication, skill and genuine caring. The surgery center in Redwood City is lovely. But both offices in Redwood City and San Jose are awful with extremely thin walls, no internet, no modern communication, no ability to contact a human directly at the offices (if you are late or to see if he is running late), chairs in the waiting area that literally make my back ache and in general, not even near the office experience you encounter w... read more
Dr. Bonzon is very knowledgeable, has a calming manner, and is a thoughtful listener. He clearly cares about helping his patients and accommodating their needs. I should also add that when performing procedures, he is meticulous, and has a very light touch. I feel lucky to be a patient of his.
