Chris was one of the most professional people we've ever worked with. He took a very difficult transaction and saw that everything went smoothly, and made us feel comfortable in our decision-making process. Chris did an excellent job as our listing agent. His marketing was way beyond what I anticipated with a professional photographer using a drone for overhead pictures and taking extensive interior and exterior photos. I would recommend Chris Iacobelli to anyone moving into the Lakewood Ranch area. Our family was moving to the Sarasota area from out of state and had a limited amount of time to find a suitable home. We were very fortunate to find Mr. Iacobelli. We had made several visits to Florida in search for an area we wanted to relocate to.
