Horrible QME has no clue how to do his Job. What a disappointment he is. Does no prior research on the patient he is doing a QME on. I am not a patient I am an observer and from what I observed he is insufficient at his job. Being in the medical field for over 20 years my advice is if you are referred to this Dr run ask for a new doctor dont waste your time with him.
Received a referral from San Diego VA , Veterans Administration, because they did not have an appointment for me for 4 months . Dr. Fleming’s office gave me an appointment ASAP . At the initial appointment I gave him all my history about my knee for the last five years, he did an MRI, right away, And found out my meniscus was torn and I needed surgery. He scheduled surgery right away, recovery was awesome and now three years later my knee is perfect. I can’t believe what he did in a month, the VA cannot do in 3 years.
