I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Dr. Hulen's office. I was referred back to him by the orthopedic surgeon who performed my rotator cuff surgery because I continue to wake up with my arm numb and my fingers tingling. Given my symptoms, I expected a thorough evaluation and continuity of care. This was not my first visit with Dr. Hulen. I have seen him before, and during that visit I felt my pain was dismissed.
