Hi Doctor Christopher Hsu for years you are my eye doctor i apologize I never wrote review about you and your care and service you take of my issues my eyes perfectly I thank you for all the services you done his bless you I am so lucky you are my doctor you are the best of the best again thank you million time to you and all your staff
Dr. Hsu did my left eye cataract, Perfect result and recovery. I wish I had done both eyes with Dr. Hsu. I give him high recommendations. Tell him LuLu sent you.
so frustrating. so hard to get through to them. they set my laser appt. with the wrong dr. I called a few weeks ago to let them know but nothing changed. I got confirmation today that my appt. is still with the wrong dr. so I called again and cannot get through. Call was transferred to the buisness center but they can't set laser treatments. It has to be with the actual office. I tried calling so many times today. They have so many working front desk to be having this issue.
My last appointment was made same day, and I arrived a little late since the office is about 30 minutes away with traffic. They originally said I would have to come back another day, but after learning I had driven a half hour, they got me in before closing. I thanked them kindly. The doctor seems to be pretty thorough and has good office demeanor.
