so frustrating. so hard to get through to them. they set my laser appt. with the wrong dr. I called a few weeks ago to let them know but nothing changed. I got confirmation today that my appt. is still with the wrong dr. so I called again and cannot get through. Call was transferred to the buisness center but they can't set laser treatments. It has to be with the actual office. I tried calling so many times today. They have so many working front desk to be having this issue.
My last appointment was made same day, and I arrived a little late since the office is about 30 minutes away with traffic. They originally said I would have to come back another day, but after learning I had driven a half hour, they got me in before closing. I thanked them kindly. The doctor seems to be pretty thorough and has good office demeanor.
